Historically (from the days of SAFE) the number was 47698. Since SAFE was electronically transferred to SDWIS, I can only guess that someone accidently hit the wrong key at some point and changed the number in SDWIS. Iżm not sure if Jeri would have any information indicating, based on compliance reporting, when this may have changed. If data is currently being reported under a different ID than previously, SDWIS probably needs to be changed so that both IN numbers are part of AIVC. The same 5-digit number is never assigned to both a well and an intake and I would assume that SDWIS knows the difference between IN47695 and WL47695. WL47695 is an Indianola well. I realize this may make a Source Water Assessment complicated, but the numbers should be worked out with Jeri so that compliance reporting to the Feds is not hindered.
